Sir,
    I have the honor to state to you by direction of the Committee appointed to correspond with the Society for the Suppression of Juvenile Vagrancy in London, that in the event of no provision having been made for the removal of the Boys embarked in the Charles Kerr from Table Bay to this place, that they themselves will defray the expenses thereof.
